Isabelle Withers is the heartbeat of the IPW business model and a well-known health information management consultant. She started this company in September of 1999 and produced her first successful CPC protege that same year.

Mrs. Withers oversees the entire corporate structure which includes the IPW Medical Coding Program and the IPW Consulting Firm. She is heavily credentialed and has written her own training program for developing the professional coder in all her program participants.

Mrs. Withers has also served major hospitals in Maryland providing solutions for common challenges in the medical records department.
